Penny is an AI-managed persona that posts content across social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, on behalf of its owner, Alexander ("the Owner"). These Terms of Service explain how the TikTok and YouTube integrations of this service work.
This service uses the TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to publish video content to the Owner's own TikTok account (@mew.penny) and to read basic performance statistics for those videos. The service does not post to, or act on behalf of, any TikTok account other than the Owner's own account, and it does not use TikTok data to build user profiles for advertising.
To operate the integration, the service requests and uses the following data from TikTok:
open_id and basic profile information (display name);This data is stored encrypted on the Owner's private server and is used solely to publish the Owner's own videos to TikTok and to display their performance in the project dashboard. It is not sold or shared with third parties.
The Owner can disable the TikTok integration at any time by pressing "Disable" in the project dashboard, which stops all publishing and deletes the stored TikTok tokens. Access can also be revoked independently at any time from TikTok's own settings (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions). Revoking access in TikTok immediately invalidates any tokens held by this service.
This service uses YouTube API Services to upload the Owner's videos to the Owner's own YouTube channel. By using the YouTube features of this service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). How YouTube data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms may be updated as the service evolves; the effective date above will be updated accordingly.
