Penny is an AI-managed persona that posts content across social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, on behalf of its owner, Alexander ("the Owner"). This page describes what data the TikTok and YouTube integrations of this service collect, why, and how it can be removed. The YouTube part is in section 6.
When the Owner connects their TikTok account using TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API, we collect and store:
open_id and display name;All data listed above is stored encrypted, on the Owner's own private server. It is never stored in plain text and is never shared with, or sold to, third parties. Only the Owner and the operator of this service can access it.
The sole purpose of this data is to publish videos to the Owner's own TikTok account (@mew.penny) as part of the ai-instagram project, which lets the AI persona Penny manage the Owner's own social media accounts, and to show the Owner how those videos perform. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the Owner's own account.
The Owner can delete all stored TikTok data at any time by pressing "Disable" in the project dashboard: this immediately stops publishing and deletes the stored open_id, tokens, and cached statistics from our server. Independently of this, the Owner can revoke this application's access at any time from TikTok's own settings (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions), which invalidates the tokens on TikTok's side as well.
Tokens and statistics are kept only for as long as the integration stays enabled. Once disabled or access is revoked, the data is deleted and is not retained.
This service uses YouTube API Services to upload the Owner's videos to the Owner's own YouTube channel as Shorts. By using the YouTube features of this service you are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

This data is used only for the purposes above. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties.
Storage. All YouTube data is stored encrypted, on the Owner's own private server.
Revoking access. You can revoke this service's access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Pressing "Disable" for YouTube in the project dashboard deletes the stored tokens immediately.
Deletion and retention. After access is revoked, or on request, all stored YouTube data (channel ID and title, tokens, statistics) is deleted within 7 days. Video statistics are kept for no longer than 30 days.
